One Ashbourne Launches Limited-Time Winter Lunch Menu
A Seasonal Selection of Comfort and Flavour
One Ashbourne is excited to announce the launch of its Winter Lunch Menu, available for a limited time only. Designed with the colder months in mind, the menu brings together warming seasonal dishes and comforting flavours – the perfect midday pick-me-up for the winter season.
The menu features a tempting range of dishes, including a Rib Eye Steak Sandwich, Peri Peri Crispy Chicken Wrap and a trio of delicious soups - Butternut Squash, Portobello Mushroom and the infamous Ashbourne Chicken Soup.
To accompany, guests can choose from a tempting selection of fries, hummus, Padrón peppers, arancini and olives — perfect for sharing.
“We wanted to create something that really caters for our local business community,” said restaurant owner Ben Teacher. “A lunch that’s quick, affordable and full of flavour – ideal for those who want to nip out from their desk for a proper break and a great meal.”
The Winter Lunch Menu is available Monday to Thursday from 12 noon to 5pm, for a limited time only.

Celebrate In Style With One Ashbourne’s ‘Festive Menu’
One Ashbourne is bringing festive cheer to the table with the launch of its Festive Set Menu – a four-course celebration of the season’s finest flavours, available for £85 per person.
From the very first bite, guests are treated to a taste of indulgence, beginning with freshly baked focaccia paired with Greek olive tapenade, Cretan olive oil, and tomato garlic salsa. Starters offer something for everyone – from crispy Salt Beef Croquettes with a touch of festive spice, to a refreshing Duck Salad with citrus notes, or a winter warming Butternut Squash Soup, topped with pumpkin seeds and complemented with crispy onion fritters.
The main course selection is equally inviting: the classic Roast Turkey Dinner with all the seasonal trimmings for traditionalists, or more refined plates such as Pan-Seared Sea Bass with chimichurri, a hearty Mushroom Risotto, or a perfectly marbled Dry Aged Rib Eye Steak, available in both 220g and 300g cuts.
No festive feast is complete without dessert and One Ashbourne delivers with a choice of Sticky Toffee Pudding drizzled in caramel, Bramley Apple Crumble with cinnamon-spiced apples, or a decadent Chocolate Fondant with its molten centre. Guests can add a celebratory sparkle to their evening with a glass of house wine, beer, or prosecco for just £8.00.
With its warm, elegant atmosphere, One Ashbourne is the perfect setting for festive gatherings.
